Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor-Joy was born on the 16th of April, 1996 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a psychotherapist. His father was Argentine, of Scottish-English heritage. Her mother is Spanish as well as English origin. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children. Four of them come from her father's previous marriage. The family lived in Buenos Aires until she was six, after which they moved to the Victoria area in London. Taylor-Joy says the move into London was difficult and that she was unable to take the time to learn English so that she could avoid returning to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was required to enroll her. In the following year, she joined Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in productions of the school. Then she dropped out of high school at 16 to focus on her acting career. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actor from a young age. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
